We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, here's everything you need to know about returns and refunds.
Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days, we are unable to accept returns unless the product is defective.
Eligible Items for Return
- Products that are unopened and in their original packaging.
- Items that arrived damaged or defective.
- Products that were incorrectly shipped (wrong item).
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products for hygiene reasons.
- Products purchased on clearance or final sale.
- Items without original packaging or seal.
How to Request a Return
- Contact us on WhatsApp at 0300-1234567 within the return window.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Share photos of the product if it is damaged or defective.
- We will confirm the return and provide pickup instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash.
Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we cover the return shipping. For other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
